Kate is absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for a traditional, proper massage, I 100% recommend her. She actually gives you a real massage with the right pressure and technique not just lightly hovering her hands over your body and calling it a massage. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. As a professional sportswoman it’s hard to find good massage that actually helps me feel better and target muscle release . Kate knew exactly how to get at the tight muscles, obviously very experienced and I left feeling so much better and like I didn’t just waste my money :)
